Poachers Story
Poachers Pantry, located just outside of Canberra, is a family owned and operated business led by Susan and Robert Bruce.
The business began in 1991 when Susan and Robert decided to convert the Bruce family’s grazing property, into a space that was perfect for a country smokehouse.
Since then, the business has grown to include its own cool climate wine range, farm shop and cellar door and a successful café, function space and wedding location – all set in the glorious surrounds of the original weatherboard farmhouse.
