Our premium wine label for the hand crafted wines made from the grapes grown at the Wily Trout Vineyard. These wines show the distinctive style and quality of the Canberra District and are reserved for when the variety, the vineyard and the season come together to produce a truly memorable wine worthy of single vineyard release.

Methode Champenoise and late disgorged, this vintage of our Premium Sparkling has had light skin contact with the Pinot Noir fruit giving it a delightful salmon hue. Dry and complex.
Aromas of kiwifruit and dried herbs. Flavours of grapefruit and an underlying hint of tropical passionfruit are present, finishing with a tangy and crisp palate.
Lovely stone fruit flavours with some toasty lees characters on the nose. Lightly oaked and a lingering palate.
A big rich Pinot. 2009 sees a spicy bouquet of forest fruits, a savoury cherry palate and soft tannins on the finish.
Fragrant dusty plum Merlot fruit with soft full ripe flavours supported by satin tannins.
An elegant cool climate Shiraz, soft and spicy with a hint of vanillin oak. This Shiraz is drinking beautifully.
